■ Embukai Concluded Successfully ■

The 37^th Shoheijuku Embukai was held at Fukuoka Budokan in Hakata Ward on April 29^th (holiday).

Although it was our first time using this venue, all of our members started preparing early in the morning and helped with the cleanup afterward. I express my sincere gratitude to them.

This year, there were 800 performers and 1,500 attendees.

We also had participants from overseas, including Jikishin Dojo and Kandojuku from China, and Vancouver Shomonkai and Shoheijuku Aikido Canada from Canada.

This year, we had demonstrations by people of a wide range of ages, from elementary school students to 95-year-olds.

Uji Shoheijuku Seminar

On Saturday, April 4^th, a seminar for Uji Shoheijuku (Mr. Taizo Ochi, Dojo Rep) was held at the Fushimi Youth Activity Center.

Approximately 40 participants from nearby dojos joined us.

Kumamoto Dojo

On Sunday, April 12^th, a seminar for Kumamoto Dojo (Mr. Koichi Honda, Dojo Rep) was held at Kumamoto Budokan.

Approximately 50 participants from nearby dojos also joined us. An examination and training session were held.
