December 16th (Monday)

Location: Takasago Dojo

Starts at 07:00 (opens at 06:00)

※ Please submit the examination application and examination fee as soon as possible.

※ Please fill out the examination application neatly using block letters or katakana as required.

※ Please fill in as much as possible of the form without leaving blanks.
