Coping with Heatstroke

Ms. Tomoko Ihara, a nurse (from Tenjin Dojo), will give a 10-minute explanation on how to deal with heat stroke during the following practice times.

There is no charge for this training session.

👉 You do not have to be from the dojo to take part in the session.
