October 2023 Zazen and Yoga

October’s Zazen and Yoga will be as follows:

• 14:00-15:40 (Yoga, Zazen, Q&A)
• Shoheijuku Hombu Dojo
• Cost: 1,000 yen

Non-members of Shoheijuku can also attend.
