Minamata Dojo Seminar
On Sunday, September 3rd, a seminar for Minamata Dojo (Mr. Sumihisa Einaga, Dojo Rep) was held at Minamata City Martial Art Hall.
People from the dojos within the prefecture as well as Kagoshima and Omuta joined us. Though it was extremely hot, we had a lively seminar.
All Kyushu Student Alliance Seminar
On Saturday, September 9th, a workshop hosted by All Kyushu Student Aikido Alliance was held at Hombu Dojo. The workshop was instructed by Katsuhiko Suganuma, Acting Dojocho, and five affiliated member schools practiced together.
Takayama Shinseijuku
On September 16th, examination and seminar for Takayama Shinseijuku (Mr. Yoichi Toyoshima, Dojo Rep) were held at Takayama Arena. It was the forty-fourth seminar for the. I appreciate all their support for such a long time. I would also like to thank Mr. Masashi Hata and his family from Nagoya Keikokai for kindly giving me a ride from and to the Nagoya Station this time again.
Kobe Shoheijuku 20th Anniversary
On Saturday, September 30th, embukai and seminar celebrating the 20th anniversary of Kobe Shoheijuku (Mr. Masami Kawabata Dojo Rep) were held at Center Kakehashi.
We had a dan/kyu promotion examination session in the morning and the seminar and embukai after the lunch break.
This time, the dojo was packed with many participants from the Shoheijuku affiliated dojos within the Kansai area as well as other dojos from Shiga and Wakayama.
At the celebration party, each dojo made a congratulatory speech, and it was a friendly and enjoyable day. I wish Kobe Shoheijuku will have many more successful years.
