All Kyushu Student Alliance Workshop

On Saturday, July 8^th at 2 pm, we had a workshop for the freshmen of the All Kyushu Student Alliance at Fukuoka Dojo. The member school directors and new students attended.

They learned the history of Aikido, individual movements, basic techniques, etc.

Thank you for coming to the workshop from all over Kyushu despite the pouring rain.

Yatsushiro Seibukan

30 People from France Participated

On Sunday, July 16^th, the seminar and examination for Yatsushiro Seibukan (Mr. Tatsuo Uemura, Dojo Rep) were held at Yatsushiro City Martial Arts Hall. Many people from the dojos all over Kumamoto participated. This time, especially, 30 people from Kishinkai from France (Mr. Leo Tamaki, Dojo Rep) joined us as well. With over 80 participants, it was a very lively practice. I would like to thank the Seibukan members for accepting the last-minute request willingly.  

Kagoshima Shoheijuku

On July 17^th (a public holiday), the examination and seminar for Kagoshima Shoheijuku (Mr. Yoichi Toyokura, Dojo Rep) were held at Kagoshima Prefecture Martial Arts Hall in the city. Over 70 people participated including those from Kaede Kyoreisai, Sendai Dojo, as well as some Kyushu University graduates. 

This year, we had a socializing party after the events for the first time which was an enjoyable place for mutual exchange with lively conversation.
