The 34^th Embukai & Seminar

We will hold the 34^th Embukai and Seminar as follows:

Place:                      Fukuoka Budokan
Fees:                      

• Adults – 3000 yen
• High school/College students – 2000 yen
• Elementary/Junior high students – 1000 yen
• Observers – Free

＊Though the Gokoku Shrine Dedicatory Embukai will be held on the same day, the All Kyushu Student Alliance member schools will do their embus for that event (cancelled if it rains).   

All Kyushu Student Alliance Seminar

On Saturday, March 4^th, a seminar for the new All Kyushu Student Alliance directors was held at Tenjin Dojo. We talked about the history and general information of Aikido, practiced the basic movements and techniques, had a time for questions and answers, and concluded the event.

Kochi Aikido Group

On Sunday, March 5^th, the seminar for Kochi Aikido Group (Mr. Shigehiro Ito, Dojo Rep) was held at Kochi Prefecture Martial Arts Hall. The members of Uwajima Shoheijuku joined us as well. This time, Hideki Takemura accompanied me for the first time. Though only 30 participants were allowed, it was a very lively seminar. 

Takayama Shinseijuku

On Saturday, March 25^th, the examination and seminar for Takayama Shinseijuku (Mr. Yoichi Toyoshima, Dojo Rep) were held at Big Arena. The elementary and junior high school students looked very confident and natural during the examination. I was impressed so much by their attitude. In the evening, I enjoyed Hida’s local sake so much.
